Pure, authentic, lightfast pigments, combined with ketone resin, form the basis of paints commonly used by conservators. The ingredients used in our color line have been specially selected with art conservation in mind. Since the paints are varnish-based, they dry very quickly and, once dry, are no longer subject to chromatic distortion. They are ideal for retouching works created using both traditional techniques and those created with synthetic paints.
