Ammanitura 125 ml

Ammanitura is a primer-mortar used to prime surfaces intended for gilding using the adhesive technique, on a gilding ground. The priming process must be carried out very carefully, as the surface should be perfectly smooth.  The primer should be warmed by immersing it in hot water, then apply a thin layer with a soft brush and allow it to dry. Two to five layers are required before the surface is properly prepared. Available in 125 ml jars.
