"Fletcher" FTC04-924 Compass for Cutting Ovals in Cardboard

A tool for cutting ovals and circles in mat board. The measuring scale on the adjustment rod allows you to precisely set the dimensions of ovals with diameters ranging from 11.4 cm to 61.0 cm or circles with diameters ranging from 11.4 cm to 53.0 cm. A specially designed guide wheel keeps the cutting blade on the cutting path, eliminating marks at the start and end of the cut. It comes equipped with standard cutting blades.
