FORM ART – an eco-friendly, user-friendly, water-based fabric hardener. Designed for creating all kinds of three-dimensional works: figures, textures, decorations, sculptures, and reliefs. FORM ART allows you to firmly stiffen natural materials that absorb the product well, particularly fabrics, paper, cardboard, and leather. Additionally, by adding cellulose fibers to the liquid, you can create a self-hardening modeling compound that allows for free-form shaping, and in the next step, paint it to add color (acrylic paints), a stone effect (patinas), or a metallic finish (metallic shades). Furthermore, very interesting textures can be achieved by adding sand, sawdust, or other non-plastic loose materials. The product opens up new possibilities and leaves room for our imagination. The liquid has a milky color but becomes transparent after drying. If you add acrylic paint from the Renesans series or pigment, you will obtain a colored hardener in the desired shade.

Before use, the product should be thoroughly mixed, shaken, or stirred with an appropriate tool. Then, dip the fabric into FORM ART and gently wring out the excess liquid. The soaked fabric can then be placed on a prepared frame or surface, shaping it as desired. Allow to dry for 48 hours, decorate, and after 2–3 weeks, proceed with varnishing, especially if the piece will be exposed to the elements. We recommend applying two or even three coats of varnish if the sculptures or decorations are to be placed outdoors and exposed to the elements. For this purpose, we recommend waterproof varnishes such as Lustrina varnish from the Renesans range, which can be applied once the piece has completely dried and hardened, preferably after several weeks.
