NOTE: Prices are approximate and subject to negotiation.

A fully mechanical machine for joining wooden corner pieces. It is operated by a foot pedal: first, the two pieces to be joined are locked in place horizontally and vertically, and then a staple is driven in. By pressing the pedal halfway, i.e., only partially, staples can be driven in one after another (necessary for deeper, more contoured models) without unlocking the corner. The JOINT 5x5 MEC stapler can use PILM staples in sizes 7/10/12 mm. It joins strips at angles of 90°, 120°, and 135°, with minimum dimensions of 5x5 and maximum dimensions of 100x70. The stapler is equipped with two types of vertical clamps, allowing the clamp shape to be well-adjusted to the frame’s shape, as well as washers for the angle stop to improve the support of the frame corner. It can be operated from both the front and the back. The standard operating position is from the front.
