MORSO F
foot-operated angle cutting guillotine is designed for double 45° angle cuts and single angle cuts up to 90°. It can also perform cuts for tenon joints and a wide range of other angle cuts. Since the MORSO-F uses non-rotating blades, the cutting process does not generate dust. Waste generated during cutting is removed from the machine via a chute. The MORSO-F is foot-powered, so there is no need for a compressor or electricity, meaning the MORSO-F can be used anywhere.
The MORSO-F leaves the cut surface of the wood perfectly smooth and precise, so the strips require no further preparation before joining. The horizontal movement of the cutting head is infinitely adjustable. The vertical movement of the head is also adjustable. The machine’s special lever mechanism ensures easy operation. The longitudinally adjustable stop and measuring scale ensure accuracy during batch production, and dual return springs automatically move the blades back to their starting position.
The MORSO-F is equipped with a safety guard, a waste chute, a longitudinally adjustable stop, a 1500 mm measuring scale, adjustable angle gears (45–90°), and adjustable supports for the guide rails. It comes with one set of blades installed. The MORSO-F comes with a five-year warranty. Technical
