"Morso EH" Guillotine

Fully automatic, electro-hydraulic angle cutting guillotine.
The MORSO-EH is a fully automatic, electro-hydraulic angle cutting machine with a built-in simultaneous switch release system. This makes the machine completely safe, as it cannot be activated while the blades are being touched.
With the MORSO-EH, by automatically cutting the material in two passes, we achieve clean and smooth surfaces, provided that both buttons are pressed simultaneously. Depending on the thickness of the strip being processed, the cutting time ranges from 1 second or more. After cutting is complete, the cutting head automatically returns to its starting position. The starting position is set according to the width of the strip, and the MORSO-EH guillotine will automatically cut piece by piece. The vertical movement of the head can also be set to three heights: position 1 for small profiles, position 2 for medium profiles, and position 3 for very thick profiles.
The MORSO-EH guillotine is ideal for mass production because:
- cutting is just as fast as with a double circular saw;
- the noise level is below 70 dB;
- cutting scraps are removed via a convenient scrap chute.
The MORSO-EH is supplied with the following equipment:
Simultaneous switch release system, safety guard, waste chute, longitudinally adjustable stop, second stop, 1500 mm measuring scale, adjustable bevels (45-90°), and adjustable and automatic supports for the edge of the strip, as well as pressure cylinders. It comes with 1 set of blades installed.
The MORSO-EH guillotine is available in single-phase or three-phase versions, depending on the order.
