Liquid bitumen 250ml

Liquid bitumen is a thick brown liquid used to give a weathered look to decorative items. It is best applied with a brush, and any excess liquid should be removed with a cotton cloth. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours. Available in a 250 ml bottle.
