A professional mat-cutting table that allows you to cut windows without having to reposition the cardboard, cutting all four sides simultaneously. Pneumatic pressure holds the sheet in place, eliminating the need to rotate the cardboard to cut the entire opening. It allows for a wide variety of cuts, from single openings to multi-opening layouts, as well as double and triple layered passe-partouts and decorative V-groove cuts. All this without having to remove the sheet from the machine, as the cutting head operates both to the right and to the left. Thanks to the pneumatic head, cutting cardboard becomes easy and fast. With the Valiani MAT PRO, you can forget about typical cutting errors in the corners, as the pneumatic blades always ensure maximum precision.
Ergonomic, comfortable handles are located on both sides, across the entire table surface. Two buttons on the handle are used to lower the head for blade insertion. A button on the cutting head adjusts the blade depth to the cardboard thickness and the desired depth of the V-groove cuts. It is not necessary to replace the entire blade magazine. The MAT-PRO is equipped with a rotating measuring stop, allowing for 4 different head stops at 5-millimeter intervals. This, in turn, allows for cutting double or even triple sheets and decorative V-groove cuts without having to reposition the stop.
The new measuring system allows for easy cutting of small and large holes, even in sheets composed of multiple windows. Efficient adjustment of window sizes significantly increases productivity.
As an additional option, a cutting unit for ovals and circles can be ordered for installation on the same MAT-PRO frame. This allows for combining the cutting of rectangular patterns with oval and circular ones.
MAT-PRO sets new standards in terms of speed and precision, increased efficiency, and cost reduction. Formatting Unit This optional accessory is used for formatting and trimming cardboard to external dimensions. It is equipped with a measuring scale, pneumatic clamping, and a measuring stop, all essential for operation.
The formatting knife is used to format the cardboard on the outside. It cuts both cardboard up to 3 mm/3.5 mm thick and foam board.
The blades are identical to those used in the window-cutting head on the MAT-PRO. The blade is held in place by a magnet. The formatter is equipped with a pneumatic clamp and an ergonomic handle.
Note: The machine
comes equipped with a head for cutting cardboard at a 40° angle.
Both the trimmer and other heads (45°, 90°, embossing) are available as optional accessories.
