VELVET TOUCH VARNISH & FROST EFFECT – super-matte finishing varnish. Velvet Touch is produced from high-quality water-based acrylic resin and gives artwork a subtle, soft, velvety feel. It provides good protection, creates a sealed coating, and delivers a uniform, deep matte finish with a silky frost effect. Apply at least 2–3 coats. Packaging: 110 ml.
